What does OhmGrid cost?
Installation of your OhmGrid home power system is free, and a refundable $250 deposit reserves your OhmGrid installation date. After your off-grid system is installed, you'll pay a flat monthly bill with lifetime service and maintenance included. Most customers who switch to OhmGrid pay the about same or even less per month than their average electric bill.
How is OhmGrid billing calculated?
Unlike your utility bill, which includes fees, charges and fluctuating energy costs based on market prices, OhmGrid billing is super transparent and consistent. Before your home is personalized with OhmGrid, expert energy engineers energy will analyze your home and energy data. Next, your flat monthly bill is calculated based on the unique OhmGrid configuration that perfectly harmonizes with your home power needs. Since your bill is calculated on the home power system and not how much energy you use, it stays consistent long-term.

Where does my OhmGrid power come from?
There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to off-grid energy, which is why every OhmGrid home power system is specially configured to suit your home's unique energy needs. Most off-grid systems generate energy from the sun using top-of-the-line solar while simultaneously charging your multi-day battery, which will seamlessly power your home when the sun sets or during inclement weather. In some cases, next-gen technologies like residential fuel cells and micro-CHP are considered. To ensure the utmost resiliency, a power generator is also included with every OhmGrid.
